Beautiful 2 level condo steps away from the beach. The main floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioners. The 2nd level is a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool. The condo is in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a small town so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up.

A 30-min drive from the SJU airport, this property is located inside a secluded and private apartment complex in Loíza, Puerto Rico. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation or to have Zoom meetings with the Atlantic Ocean as the background. During your stay you will have enough time to enjoy the beach, take a dip in the pool, work (if you have to), use the grill, watch movies and unwind in a quiet environment. Note: A rental car is essential to get here and move around the area.

Casa Mare mio is a beach front house near to beautiful beaches like, Vacia Talega in Piñones, Luquillo beach, Isla Verde beach is at 30 Minutes and seven seas in fajardo is an 1 hour. From fajardo you can take public ferries to Vieques and Culebra island. Our place is at 20 minutes distance to Yunque Rainforest and Hacienda Carabalí. Near the house you find, super market and restaurants like Le Parrilla, la Parrilla and Luquillo Kiosks!
