The 2nd level is a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool. The condo is in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a small town so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up.

A 30-min drive from the SJU airport, this property is located inside a secluded and private apartment complex in Loíza, Puerto Rico.
