This impressive building was a former music school, which has been renovated and turned into stunning private duplex apartments. This ensemble is more than a century old and has some very typical Belgian features with terraces, gardens, red bricks and metal beams. This beautiful home is very quiet and has a lot of lights flowing in. It comes with a large open kitchen fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided as well. Digital TV and Wifi are available. Bedroom with king size box-spring. The bookshelves offer a nice choice of travel guides in English and Philosophy readings in Dutch! From there, you can walk to the main square where the weekly (Saturday before 13h00) fresh market is located with a wonderful choice of vegetables, fruits, flowers and other local products. The main train station is also accessible, Brussels and Antwerp are only 20 mn away with direct lines. A place for bikes is available, a local supermarket is also nearby as well as relaxing cafes and restaurants. Finally, the National Airport of Zaventem can be reached in 15 mn by taxi when there is no traffic.

Uma’s Urban Lounge is een stijlvol en recent gerenoveerd (2023) duplex appartement met bemeubeld terras, gelegen in een autoluwe straat in het centrum van Mechelen. Het appartement is volledig en smaakvol ingericht met nieuwe design meubelen die uitnodigen om er te loungen met je vrienden of familie (55 inch TV, muziekbox, uitgebreid keukengerei). De studio bestaat uit een openkeuken, dubbel stapelbed, salon, terras en afgescheiden badkamer met regendouche. Ideaal voor 2 à 4 personen. De zetel kan worden omgevormd tot een slaapbank. Aparte ingang met cijfercode. Het terras biedt een mooi uitzicht op de tuin van de eigenaars die het huis ernaast wonen. De benedenverdieping is bewoond.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
