I really enjoyed my stay here! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Erin’s home was beautiful, clean and comfortable! A very historic and interesting home. It was only a five minute drive to everything magnolia which was one of our biggest attractions during our short stay. Erin was more than helpful, quick to respond and even allowed us early check in to help us accommodate to our son‘s nap! The location is perfect and we felt extra safe with the gated fenced in yard. Our dogs and son loved the outdoor space!

We loved our stay at Poppy and Rye Cottage. Such a special little home with family history. Perfect little getaway home. We enjoyed the backyard and fireplace. Comfy bed and clean space. The hospitality was top notch and a perfect location. We would absolutely come back and stay again!

My family and I stayed here to celebrate Easter and my daughter’s 2nd bday and it was just perfect ! The adjoining game room was everything we didn’t know we needed! The kids felt like they had their own space and mostly entertained themselves . Everyone was enjoyed the ping pong table . Leading up to the trip, I had so many questions and they were always friendly and so quick to respond. We’d 100% stay here again if we make it back to Waco !

The house was very nice! It had everything we needed and had lots of space for everyone. The neighborhood was pretty and felt very safe. Overall we had a great stay. The only negatives were the beds weren’t the most comfortable in the 2 extra rooms. Master bedroom was better. The fence in the backyard didn’t look secure enough for my dog to be let off the leash. It had several places with holes at the bottom she could’ve slipped through and the grass was pretty tall in the back. Otherwise it was a great house, great location, great host, and great stay! Definitely recommend staying here!

The only thing we felt about the listing that it was a little far for walking distance to the Magnolia silos, especially back with purchased items. We loved the decor, the layout, and the cleanliness of the home. It was very comfortable to stay in. It added to our enjoyment for a great trip to Waco from Minnesota!

Beautiful home and amazing hosts. We arrived at the home and a man was doing some gardening work for the homeowners. The co host Paul asked me and my parent if we wanted him to leave and come back another time. I was very appreciative of this gesture. The home was extremely clean. I loved the white noise box, I fell asleep immediately listening to it!! Absolutely loved this place.
