The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

Very spacious accommodations with a vast yard which was great for our two young grandchildren, who were staying with us for a family event. The house was very clean & Shailendra was responsive to the few issues that came up. I would recommend for a family with small children.

Host was great, very responsive and gave good recommendations of things to do around Charlotte. The place was beautiful and exactly as pictured, comfortable beds and all the amenities. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay for our first time in Charlotte. The area isn't too far from downtown Charlotte and all the things it has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I enjoyed the host! They respond quickly and the house is well-kept. They were even thoughtful enough to bring my son cookies for his birthday. The house is equipped with an assortment of dishes, utensils and other basic cooking essentials.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This was the perfect choice. Everything we needed was there from indoor games to plenty of space to the play yard and the basketball goal etc. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites. Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! Michael was such a KIND and heart felt host! His customer service is unmatched. He made my stay enjoyable, he was friendly, and I would highly recommend his home! He assisted me in accomplishing a quick last minute romantic set-up surprise for my husband and he absolutely LOVED IT! He was right on time with the responses with any question I needed answer. The place was neat, clean and plenty of space. It also had cool modern accessories throughout. The shower was what we needed after a long-day on our feet from Carowinds, the amusement park closeby. He also was very helpful with planning my trip/itinerary from start to finish. There weren’t any issues with check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and we didn’t feel out of place being guests. He excelled my expectations on professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here was inviting and comfortable. This will be my go-to place for anytime I’m visiting Charlotte. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, which made it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. Great spot for our one night stay, wish we had longer! We were there to check out local breweries and it was very walkable to these spots around the area. The parking being included was a huge perk and it was very easy to get from the spot into the apartment. Everything was great and quick response. The app for getting in and out of spaces was new to us but great and easy to use.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

A lovely and inviting home with everything we could hope for to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Melanie and the other team members responded quickly and warmly to our questions. We would love to return and are glad to refer this home to our friends and family.

We hosted our 40-person wedding at this house and it was absolutely perfect! Great size living room for dessert reception on Friday evening, perfect space in the backyard for the ceremony, cocktail hour, family photos, dinner under the event space and dancing in the driveway, and brunch on Sunday. The ladies got ready in the master bathroom downstairs and the men in the bathroom upstairs. Hosted the backyard wedding of my dreams and made additional memories by being able to stay for the extended weekend in the house with our families.
