All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. The neighbors are very strict about noise and large groups of people. A very clean place with most of the amenities. Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Newer Oversized Salt Water Pool with Electric Heater, Large Lanai area with plenty of room for entertaining. There is not dishwasher machine and no garbage disposal.
