Das Zimmer war toll! Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat alles was man benötigt. Wir haben die private Terrasse mehrmals genutzt und fanden es großartig. Wir haben für einen fairen Preis ebenfalls ein super leckeres Frühstück von der lieben Samodha bekommen. Sie und ihre Familie sind total lieb, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I recently stayed at White Villa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host, Lalith, was incredibly friendly and allways willing to help. It was a pleasure talking with him. The location of the Villa is ideal, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The atmosphere of the place was pleasent and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend White Villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to Balapitiya.

Beautiful house, well maintained. Everything worked and kitchen well kitted out. The caretaker of the house was very attentive and could be paid to take you out on a boat ride around the lake or pop to the shops in his tuk tuk. You can organise to have a meal cooked for you this is a nice experience. We had a peaceful two nights in the lake house.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Thisarn’s villa. A peaceful spot with a lovely aspect and delicious breakfast and dinners prepared by the family. Thisarn took us on a fabulous 6 hour guided rainforest walk - saw many interesting birds, reptiles and plants, together with langurs and a giant squirrel. Lunch by the waterfall was great, with fish foot therapy (if you choose!). The second large waterfall was beautiful for a swim and a reminder of the power of nature! Highly recommend - also a beautiful drive in to Matara from Galle in our rented tuk tuk.

Chathura’s place is very close to the beach around 8 mnts walking from turtle beach , the famous Hikkaduwa beach is also within walking proximity . The AC can keep you cool in summer & they have kitchen along with basic equipment’s as well . Size of room is decent enough . Free Washing machine is a big plus point , they provide detergent as well. Now the Host Chathura is an amazing fellow , He is a great host with super supportive nature , he greets us with cinnamon Tea & provide all necessary information about the vicinity. He also gave 5% discount for the Water Jars . The biggest Pros I would say is His smile & helping nature as a host . I would definitely recommend him with blind 👁️.

Nihal und Chandra sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Nihal hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt. Die Unterkunft ist aber auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar und ca. 10 min von Galle Fort entfernt. Es wurde alles mit viel liebe eingerichtet und auch beschriftet. Sogar eine Anleitung mit Hinweisen wurde für die Gäste erstellt. Nihal stellt einem auch einen Roller zur Verfügung mit Helm, für eine minimale Tagespauschale. Die Unterkunft war sauber. In der Umgebung bist du unter den Locals und kannst auch günstig Essen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 5 min. entfernt. Aber auch ein Gemüse- und Obstmarkt gibt es in der Umgebung, falls man selber kochen möchte. Sollten wir wieder nach Sri Lanka reisen, dann kommen wir gerne wieder. Filiz und Stefan

The Harbour Vibe is a gorgeous place. The apartment itself has been set up immaculately, beautiful furniture, amazing aesthetics. It has everything you might need for an enjoyable, even extended stay - a four burner stove, blender, pots and pans. Of course it has amazing ocean views! You can swim or surf right from the house itself. Plus the fruit store is adjacent, you can buy dried and fresh fish a block away, and vegetables and bread are right there too. Hikkaduwa Beach with its busyness is 3 km away, tuktuks are easily available. Lakshitha is a stellar host - thoughtful, extremely responsive, and kind. He and his family were extremely kind to me, feeding me delicious food and making me feel very much at home, and special at the same time! I recommend Lakshitha's place very highly.

Das Haus, der Garten einfach traumhaft! Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber alles da, was man so braucht. Der "Gärtner " hat für uns am Abend mal was gekocht, super lecker. Die beiden Wachhünde😂, zwei liebe anständige Schmuser, haben uns jeden Tag freudig begrüßt, unsere Kinder wie auch wir hatten mit den beiden richtig Freude.
