Great place with ocean view. Check in instructions were perfect for easy checkin. Lots of restaurants near by. The ACs and beds were good in both bedrooms. Great location if anyone wants to explore both El yunque forest and beach.

This place is exactly as decribed by the host. Pristine inside and great location by the beach! We will definitely book here again!

The stay at Jorge’s place was everything we wished for and more. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We had breakfast literally on the beach every morning. Luquillo offers is a great location for going to the rainforest, exploring the local beaches and driving to San Juan in 30ish minutes. We are so glad to have booked this beautiful, clean and well maintained home and can’t wait to be back!

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as described in the post. Luquillo Beach is awesome, family oriented, peaceful, and relaxing. They had stores and restaurants close by. And if you go, be sure to go to the kiosks. Great food!!

We needed a place for a weekend. Before checking in to resort. this place was perfect right on the beach nice quiet and private. We were able to get up early in the morning and walk the beach as well as watch the waves from the balcony. Host was amazing with a check list of things to do and places to go even for any emergency. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay! Sandra was so responsive and welcoming. The space was inviting, very clean, and spacious. The space was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, coolers, and beach towels. All in great condition. It was perfect for our family. Bathrooms were well stocked. Sandra gave us great recommendations. The folks at the front desk were also so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. And Luquillo is one of my favorite places to visit. Good food that is easy to get to. Safe area. We had a great time!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

My family had a great time here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 7). The place is very clean! It's a gated community and the 24/7 security guard made us feel very safe here. Marylin was very responsive and gave us some recommendations on places to eat. The beach supplies were very useful (beach towels, beach toys, chairs and wagon). Washer/dryer was nice to have and laundry detergent was provided. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots, cooking utensils and coffee! The only thing we didn't have was salt/pepper but I used the ones I got from takeout food. Would definately stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb looks just like the photos. Lynaitza and Jesus were amazing hosts. I would definitely return if I stay in Luquillo again.

This was our first time using and Airbnb, and Tomas and his house made the experience great. Staying at Tomas house was wonderful for our family vacation. It has a top beach in walking distance. The kids loved the pool and basketball court in the gated community as well. Tomas was a pleasure to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely stay at his place again when coming to Puerto Rico, and highly recommend for anyone traveling, especially with a family. Thanks again Tomas!

We LOVED our stay in Luquillo. The house was better then expected. We ate every meal under the covered patio, had all doors open with a nice breeze and could watch our kids (3 and 4) play on the playground in the complex while we sat and drank our coffee on the porch. Does it get any better?? However, if you are traveling with young kids the walk to the beach was 15-18 minutes to get to a good spot under shady tress. It's 100% worth the walk but one of us was usually carrying the 3 yr old on the way back after a tired beach morning. The grill worked great too! They had water shoes (great for waterfall hikes and swimming holes), beach toys, chairs, beach towels, snorkels (not the best but worked fine), and kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The knives were VERY dull to a point I wouldn't recommend for cutting meat and there were a lot of fruit gnats in the kitchen. Again, worth every minute we stayed there. We cannot wait to return in 2026!!!

Wonderful birthday surprise! I rented this condo as a birthday surprise for one of my daughters, and it was absolutely perfect for the girls. The condo was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that my girls adored. It was equipped with everything they needed, making their stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and with convenient access to the pool. They spent hours enjoying both, creating lasting memories. The host was very communicative and made me, as a parent sending young adult girls to the beautiful island, feel at ease. The only minor inconvenience was the building's policy of not flushing toilet paper, which we understand is due to its age. We were prepared for this and it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this condo for families seeking a comfortable and charming-safe place to stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

I can't recommend this place enough, we stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. It's a quick walk (5 minutes) to Play Fortuna, a very large master bedroom, a spacious 2 floor apartment and very well decorated. What stood out the most was the amazing rooftop deck. We spent hours up there in the evening, it always had a wonderful breeze with a great ocean view. It's close to the Loquillo Kioskos, maybe a 15 walk. If you have a car it's just a short drive from stores and restaurants, including an Amigo supermarket. Communication was great, the host was very quick to respond, answering all of our questions and helping us with anything we needed. I had the chance to speak with him, great guy, extremely helpful. Staying here was an awesome experience, when I come back to Loquillo, I'll be staying here again.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay! Right on the beach. The beach is perfect for kids & families. The place was clean & had everything we needed! Close to El Yunque. Easy to get to!

This place was very nice! Outside is peaceful and quite besides the amazing sound of the coqui. The place has a lot of beach stuff to accommodate your stay and enjoy your time at the beach. My parents and fiancé liked it a lot. Host was very responsive and polite. Beach is literally 200ft away but waves are meant for surfing.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could… Brad was extremely helpful at suggesting places to visit or sights to see. You are also close to a nice beach, El Yunque, and can walk to a plethora of great restaurants. The amenities were also great for pickleball, running, basketball, and swimming! Definitely recommending this place and want to come back. Everything was nicer than it was in the pictures!! Thank you Brad!

The listing is exactly as pictured. The condo is clean and tidy. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a godsend. Everything is labeled clearly which I appreciate. The guidebook he sent was very helpful with local recommendations. The beach truly is a two minute walk away and having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use was quite handy. It's in a quiet community with many delicious places to eat nearby. I can't wait to stay again!

If you’re considering Luquillo, this listing will not disappoint. Such a peaceful place to retreat to! We stayed here 3 nights, 4 days. The apartment is exactly as pictured and the view from the high level floor is just ughhhh 😍. The proximity to Fajardo and El Yunque was perfect for excursions. The building staff and residents were so sweet and welcoming. Jeannette and Armando boast a clean, thoughtfully stocked home and we appreciated every detail! They were also so kind. 10/10 stay!!!

Hector’s place was in a great, safe location. I was able to walk to the Luquillo kiosks, the beach, and always felt safe. Hector was very responsive via text with any questions I had before or during my stay!
