Guests are responsible for purchasing and paying for all activities directly through the resort. KPR Vacations does not collect any activity fees.

It is in the lower level of our home which we have enjoyed caring for over the last 34 years. Close to downtown Harrisonburg, JMU and EMU. Eat in kitchen with comfortable seating in living room. No pets or smoking. Enjoy spending time roaming gardens and enjoying outdoor spaces.

All units have been renovated recently, and guest reviews have been extremely positive. The professionally managed resort has a $15.50 daily resort fee per unit payable upon check-in.
