Rafael was very responsive and the place was clean. Only problem was the washing machine was broken for our stay but Rafael was very accommodating and even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Very great host!

Half the price of a hotel and twice as clean!

A nice cozy place

We had a great time in this suite for 2 nights during Easter Weekend . This was a surprise gift for my boys .they absolutely loved the decor/gamers & Minecraft .they already asked to go back .host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed .we will definitely be back!

Great location, easy to talk everywhere in town. Just note the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are a bit difficult (but not impossible) for anyone over 6 ft to use. You can really only stand upright in the middle of the room due to slanted ceilings

Me and my girlfriend stayed here to catch a Red Sox game, and it was the perfect spot to do so! The walk to the park was only ~10 minutes of safe walkways, and the closest train station was even closer. The host put care into their offerings, such as there being coffee and makeup wipes (very appreciated by my girlfriend!) included with the room. I would definitely book this same spot next time I’m in the city- the pricing is competitive with the “cheap” hotels of the area, though the amenities stand out against those alternatives. All in all it was an excellent stay, especially for those who appreciate the location and beautiful architecture!

very nice stay at Howards place, easy communication, would stay again

Perfect place for a quick stay. Clean and quiet. Loved it !!

We had a very nice stay in cape cod. The place was nice, however I would definitely pay attention to the fact that there is not central AC and the unit is very hot in some locations. The communication was very good between the host and was pretty clean. Very central to everything

I came up and spent 2 nights for my birthday with my family and it was great. Very nice house, comfy beds and the view is amazing. It is behind another house but no issues getting to the house. I would recommend 10 out of 10. My son loved the house and I want to come back in the summer to try swimming in the lake.

We loved our stay. Dawn was so helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful property in a great area. Would definitely stay again!

Sherry’s home was the perfect spot to celebrate Thanksgiving with local family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need- made cooking/baking for the holiday seamless. The space was perfect for our family with two kiddos and the in-laws. Enjoyed a brisk walk on the rail trail, just steps from the front door. 20 minutes to P-town for the annual lobster tree lighting! Local restaurants, shopping and food stores are close by. Will definitely be back!

Our two family group of 6-8 had a wonderful time at Elaine's home. It was a beautiful setting, and we loved the cozy farmhouse feel. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the screened in porch was heavenly! Elaine was friendly and helpful, and very accessible, since she lived on the property - but she was also very respectful of our space and not intrusive whatsoever - she really added to our trip for sure! The location was great - very close to all the beautiful Berkshire towns, hikes and culture. We loved our 2.5 weeks there, and wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back and would stay with Elaine again for sure.

Charming guest house was just what I needed for a week-long getaway. The setting in the woods is peaceful and the place is light-filled with windows on 3 sides. Long Point Wildlife Refuge is only about 1000 feet away, convenient for a late day walk. Highly recommended for one person or a couple.

Wonderful Stay with a Responsive Host I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean—exactly as pictured. The location was convenient and made exploring the area easy. The host was very responsive and took care of any of our concerns. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be back here.
