Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

James River Tiny House #2

This rustic but cute tiny house is located just steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses on the property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.

The Garner House (Unit A)

Centrally located and walking distance to the Mason downtown square: antique/vintage shopping, boutiques, Mason wineries, Micro-brewery, historic sites/museums and restaurants. This house has multiple units to accommodate small OR large groups and LOTS of parking in back for larger vehicles/trailers, etc. Also, we welcome well-behaved pets and families! Enjoy morning coffee or a happy hour drink from front or back porch (great views out back)!
