(8 miles) This delightful two bedroom, two bathroom cottage is perfect for some "ahhhhh time." The cottage sleeps six and features a private backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and charcoal grill. The home is equipped with high quality memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens and towels. The cottage is located on 10 acres with one other home and one tiny home on the property.

The Gumbo Getaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with a king bed and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Our cabin was built in 2021. We welcome our guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the convenience of staying only 15 mins from Main Street in Fredericksburg. **Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. (The LL has a big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**

This rustic but cute tiny house is located steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses available on this property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.
