There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

End your evening in a rocking chair admiring the endless stars. Longhorns wander our pastures and you share the location with an abundance of wildlife!

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres and features two separate properties. This rustic but cute tiny house is located steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses available on this property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.
