Unwind in this spacious vaulted peak ceiling room with two Queen beds and the electric fireplace for everyone to enjoy. Equipped with a kitchenette, Smart TV, and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and quality bath products. Walk right out to the deck where you have two chairs to take in the morning air and go for a walk down to the lake. Bring your canine companion on your lake adventure and reside in one of our designated Dog Friendly rooms where easy access to grass and trees are right

The Loft/Spacious Victorian Inn

Skip the big hotels and spoil yourself! The Loft is a private room in the Inn on Fox Meadow that boasts a queen size bed, HDTV with Netflix/Hulu/ESPN+, private bath & FREE continental breakfast. Located on the third floor, the Loft is a great room for the budget-conscious, providing access to all the amenities of the Inn at a rate that is typically lower than our other rooms. (Due to the 2 flights of stairs necessary to reach the room, we believe it is a good choice ONLY for the able-bodied.)

Located on the inn's south side, Room 9 offers generous space with a large wardrobe closet, queen-sized bed, and a bathroom set up featuring a step-in tub and shower. Natural light floods the room through its windows, offering a splendid in-room view. Guests staying Monday-Friday are served breakfast at Sugar Water Restaurant from 7-11AM, with a delightful brunch available on Saturdays (10AM-4PM) and Sundays (10AM-2PM). One entree per guest, juice and coffee or tea are included in your stay.

The Avalon at the Cooper House

Gorgeous 1 bed/1 bath suite offering incredible waterfront views of the North East River. King size bed, a convertible single bed, seating and tv area, outdoor seating with unmatched water front views and private entrance. Walk to marinas, fishing, restaurants, parks, tennis, and kayak launch, excellent porch sitting, and picture perfect sunrises. The Avalon is one of three suites available at The Cooper House and can be combined to accommodate larger groups, or kept separated, if desired.

Experience in-room comforts and in-town conveniences. Take a day trip to St. Michaels, Easton, or Cambridge. At the end of the day, see an awesome sunset at Sandaway's private beach.

The Guest Quarters at the Inn is a vacation rental site situated one block from the Chesapeake Bay in the historic and charming town of North Beach MD. The Guest Quarters are partnered with The Westlawn Inn, an award-winning fine dining restaurant with early-evening live music on the weekends. The five-unit building is in the Arts and Crafts style of the 1920s and boasts special hand-crafted detailed trim work that fits the historic charm of days gone by in the coastal town.
