Amie’s place was lovely and comfortable and great location to boardwalk, close to restaurants. Being ocean front a real plus to us! A pool is available to use but we didn’t use it because we love the ocean! Would highly recommend!

A haven of peace right next to the sea. Very clean and big enough for 6 people. My boys loved the pool and the pickelball court. Finally, there are plenty of activities to do in this city and the condo is close to everything. We will come back for sure ☺️

An amazing place! Double balconies for sunrise and sunset views. Very peaceful and friendly neighbors. Everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend! Natasha was very quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have.

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

Katherine’s place is a great stay! The view from the balcony is lovely and the photos online are accurate. The bed was also probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The location is just a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk and there are many restaurants within quick walking distance. It is very closer to one of the Jolly Roger locations that has a water park and a go kart section. It is however a longer walk (over 30 blocks) from the busiest part of the boardwalk. Because of this though it makes the are much quieter so it all depends on what you are looking for. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! In addition Kathryne was very responsive and even ordered and extra fire stick for one of the rooms so we could try and get Disney+ in there for our kids - above and beyond. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved this place! beautiful unit with a Bay View, pool on the roof top, 2 parking spots and walking distance to everything. Violet was very responsive and showed that she cared if we got to the place safely and gave clear instructions on how to get into the space. we will be back, thank you!

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

Andew was so good at providing timely and detailed information. I think I only had to ask him one question. We were missing one item in the condo and he had it dropped outside the door within the hour. The condo was perfect for the five of us and so close to the beach. We had an extra car which we were able to park for free on the street. We didn't have any problems getting a spot. Loved the place and loved Andrew.

Perfect location and wonderfully cozy home for my wife, our dog and I. We will be booking again next year!

Nadiia’s place was beautiful! It was very homey and had everything we needed. We wanted a quiet getaway during off-season. It was exactly that! Our stay was quiet and comfortable. We walked to the beach and several different restaurants. Starbucks being close by was also a nice bonus. Nadiia was so friendly and responded to all my messages quickly. I highly recommend this place! We would love to come back sometime!

I have stayed at Melonie’s place before. I love the short walk to the beach. There is plenty of space for families to come together. Lots of restaurants close. Property is on a street with very few cars driving by.

We stayed 3 nights, with our two girls and their friends. Just a few steps to the beach & we enjoyed the large deck facing the street. Fully stocked with all kitchen accessories. Will add to our list to revisit!

Melissa was very responsive to questions we had while at the residents. She even brought us a little something extra for a very minor inconvenience that was out of her control! The place was perfect for a weekend getaway for 4 people and our dog. We would stay again!

This is the 3rd time we stayed with Kendra and it was a pleasure as usual. The location of the condo is great within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf and the beach. It sits in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is well furnished and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

I spent 4 nights at Brian's beach condo and I couldn't have been happier. First, the essentials: comfortable couches, excellent beds with fluffy covers and good pillows, great hot water pressure and showers, good kitchen (with the basics), and finally actually being ON the beach! Beautiful views up and down the coast where I saw dolphins playing, pelicans, sea birds, and lots of early morning dog walking. The sunlight shimmering on the water in the mornings and the twilight colors during sunset were all one could dream of. The deck feels very private and being on the top third floor, the whole place was very quiet. Nice to have chairs and tables high enough where you can see beyond the railings onto the surf and beyond. Despite his being out of town during my stay, Brian was always available, responding in minutes to any question. And that he allows pets makes his generosity as a host all the greater. He's put it all together for us. I highly recommend #5. You won't be sorry! TY Brian

This place was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone in the group couldn’t get over house nice the place is! From the secure elevator- to the entrance -everything was superb! There was enough space for everyone (8). The small things REALLY stood out- the kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need including pods and a NEW Sponge!!!! Juice presser, air fryer, rolling pin you name it. Everything you needed was there. The location is THE BEST! You can walk anywhere! We will definitely stay again - it’s in our favorites!!!! Recommend 10/10!!! And we are a hard group to please. LOL

Very cute place right next to the beach a bit up from the boardwalk where it’s not so crowded. Was ideal for two couples.

My husband and my daughter and I were looking for a place to spend some quality time together as a family before she heads off to college. This spot was perfection. It was off season, so very peaceful. The apartment was pristine, and spacious. We were able easily relax and enjoy ourselves with a beautiful view. We loved every second. I'm so grateful.

Chad was very responsive and friendly and made sure our trip was the best it could be. Everything about the condo was as specified in the reservation and the short walk to the beach keeps us coming back. We will definitely rent from Chad again.

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s condo. The place is beautifully decorated, with all new appliances! The location was great, close to the beach, clubhouse, shops etc. Susan was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a trip to OC MD! We’re definitely hoping to rent this condo in the future!
