Modern and furnished with a nola flair, this apartment is the perfect home away from home for short-term stays. King bed in one room, and queen size bed in the second bedroom with 400 thread count sheets and a pull-out full size bed n the living room. a comfy couch and tvs with Rokus make hanging out fun in the comfortable living room. Bathroom has a great shower and white fluffy towels. I will let guests enjoy New Orleans on their own but if they need me I will be there in a second! The house is in Uptown New Orleans. It's within walking distance to a legendary music venue, grocery store, coffee shop, brewery, the delicious cheese fries at F&M's patio bar, and James Beard's award-winning Shaya restaurant beta We’ve put our heart and soul into making this a special space. Come to relax in a serene setting, surrounded by hundred- year-old live oaks. Jean Lafitte properties follow along the Bayou Barataria which is rich with the best, freshest seafood. There are nearby bayous and lakes for fishing and water sports. Local adventures include swamp tours, chartered fishing excursions, nature trails, and nearby boat launch access. The house, located just 25 miles from the New Orleans French Quarter and Bourbon Street is a perfect getaway for festivals and Mardi Gras.

This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request.
