Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. Grandview Farm Cottage is a circa 1920s newly renovated, 420 sq. ft. private guesthouse on the grounds of a 2.5 acre Door County property built in the late 1800s. Modern, industrial and repurposed style meets vintage farmhouse charm. Central location allows for quick drive or even a bike ride to either coast of the peninsula. Enjoy nature, wildlife, your own organically grown gardens, and dark starry night skies, while being only 3 miles to nightlife and shopping and beaches and parks.

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Enjoy the tranquil view of a sunrise while horses pasture out back or deer browsing at the forest edge in the waning hours of daylight. Your children or pets will appreciate the fresh air, freedom to roam and safety provided by our fenced in back yard.

Cozy Farmhouse Studio

The 16 X 19 foot private studio, is located on the second story of our 120 year old farmhouse and has a private entrance and drive. It is equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, balcony, queen bed, couch and closet. Our farmhouse is located on five scenic acres adjacent to our pottery studio and gallery. Please be aware that we have no air conditioning. It usually cools off at night, so it’s not typically necessary. We have a ceiling and cooling fan for the hot days.

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.

Enjoy an indoor pool, exercise and game rooms in the main building, plus a hot tub and sauna in each building. Two heated outdoor pools (May–Aug), tennis court, playground, and walking trail are on site. RESORT FEE $10 + tax per day, paid at check-in.
