We had a stay of 5 nights and it was the perfect amount. We did not have a car, but could still go around and visit lots of things with public transport (buses, ferries, walking). The city is very calm and beautiful and within a nice walking distance of Amalfi. The beach is great but not very sandy. Lots of places to eat around and perfect for people who like to hike into the mountainside. Alessio was a very nice host who welcomed us with open arms and made everything clear. He responded very quickly every time and was very gentle. All the rooms are exactly how they look and everything you will need is there. The best part was the roof terrace that we used every night as the starry nights are beautiful and it is the perfect place to chill after a long day of walking and visiting stuff. Andrea's beautiful place is right in the central location in Amalfi, with everything close-by and buses and ferries are just few steps away. It gets a great view to the beach and a very large terrace to spend relaxing time on. Over all it is a very nice apartment and more importantly Andrea is a very warm and nice host, who is willing to give you a hand when you need.

We had an amazing stay! Our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond—offering thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, helping us coordinate transportation, and even driving us themselves so we could avoid some of the many stairs on the Amalfi Coast! Their hospitality made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had, and Angela’s son, Raffaele, was the best host (and probably the nicest person I’ve ever met). We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

it was a pleasure to stay at Alex's place, clean, beautiful view, nice and quite, everything you need , short walk to great restaurants. nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of amalfi and positano. approx 10min via bus either way

Firstly, Gabriella is probably the best host we have had in all the times we have use Airbnb around the world. Unfortunately Gabrielle had to move us to Casa Delfina due to delayed work at our original booked apartment, Casa Marisa. Gabriella was excellent in her communication and so apologetic about the move. We did enjoy Casa Delfina with its easy access in Amalfi, and being close to the ferries, buses and restaurants. Also way too close to two amazing pasticcerias. Now, we do have to say if you are looking for a quiet, more isolated apartment, Casa Delfina is not for you - Casa Marisa definitely is. But we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the main road into and out of Amalfi, and bus interchange, and watching life go by. We could not recommend Gabriella and her apartments highly enough.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce très bel appartement, rénové avec goût, d’une grande propreté, lit et literie très confortables et vraiment bien équipé. Anna et Cesarina sont des hôtes qui ont un grand sens de l’hospitalité, très soucieuses du bien-être de leurs invités; la communication est facile et rapide, elles sont aidantes et très généreuses (plateau déjeuner et frigo bien garnis). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’huile d’olive de leur production. Grazie mille! Nous recommandons fortement!

What a gem! this place was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Being able to stay so close to the cathedral and in the heart of Amalfi was truly magical. The apartment has all the amenities needed, we were able to comfortably fit with our three children. We cooked in the kitchen and it had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, apartment had a number of special artistic touches that made it feel like a true local home. The views of the main square and being able to touch the cathedral from the balcony made for lifelong memories.

La Casa Giovannina est le cadre idéal pour découvrir la côte Amalfitaine car très bien située entre Positano et AMALFI. La maison offre des prestations de qualité et une vue à couper le souffle. Notre hôte s’est montré proactif et aux petits soins pour nous. Je recommande vivement !!

Spectacular view on the large balcony overlooking the water & neighbouring towns. The apartment was modest with everything you'd need. Pietro was very responsive. The shower went cold after~ 10 minutes & he was able to fix the problem within a few hours. There were ~ 200 steps from the road to the apartment & another 108 from there to the beach. There is no other access. We are young and fit, but we struggled with our heavy suitcases. I was surprised they didn't organise someone to carry our bags. We organised this for €40 upon check out. The listing provided driving directions, but when we arrived he revealed that car is not recommended & the best way to travel between towns is by water taxi (€15/person to Amalfi, €45/person to Positano one way only), but they stop operating at 5pm. Parking is scarce and expensive so didn't use our car at all. The paid parking lot was €30/day. The traffic was terrible and the roads were narrow & winding. Had we known, we would not have rented a car.

Amazing place, the view is breathtaking and the pictures don’t do it justice. There is lots of privacy. The house is also very accessible for its location, the bus to amalfi is a 7-10 min walk away and Luisa will help you figure out anything you need.

Great place to stay, roomy unit with 2 bedrooms and full baths. Great views of the bay and surrounding mountains, with 2 patios and a garden area in a very peaceful area of scattered homes. The entire area is beautiful and worth discovering and the people very nice. Hosts were very nice and responsive and everything was as described in the listing, certainly a place to return to if in the area again. Only suggestion would be to make sure you have a car and you got it from airport or well known rental company. I thought I'd book a local car for a period once there and the options were terrible, expensive with terrible ratings.

Excellent séjour à Amalfi chez Patrizio qui est un garçon très sympathique Vue exceptionnelle sur le capo d’orso Ce logement est très spacieux avec toutes les commodités. Il est toutefois très éloigné du centre d’Amalfi, il faut prendre un bus pour s’y rendre ou bien marcher 2,5 kilomètres en descente à l’aller, en montée au retour. De plus, l’escalier qui mène à la mer conduit à une plage privée et l’autre plage la plus proche est payante, il convient de le prendre en considération si l’on souhaite s’y rendre pour aller souvent à la plage.

The apartment is in a great location to enjoy Amalfi. It was comfortable, quiet and close to everything. The host was very responsive and met us at the fountain in the main piazza to show us to the place. The recycling is complicated but necessary, so you need to make the effort wherever you stay in the area to help preserve the beauty of the area.

The rooftop patio was excellent for all things el fresco! loved the view of the Amalfi fireworks from that spot as well! we enjoyed our contacts with Amalia who helped us navigate the parking, day trips, restaurants and the walk of the God's. The apartment was well equipped for a family stay. The bathrooms were beautiful. Added bonus was the washer with drying rack for the rooftop! lots of pillows on the beds which made us happy! Amalia was a wonderful help to make our stay in Amalfi perfect.

Il sig. Felice è un host che antepone precisione, serietà e disponibilità ai fronzoli della comunicazione, che risulta in ogni caso efficace e cordiale. Nonostante l'appartamento è un attico di un palazzo storico, chi ne ha curato la ristrutturazione è riuscito a renderlo estremamente attuale e confortevole, valorizzandone i punti di forza. La vista panoramica, seppur accessibile da una non grandissima finestra a forma di oblo, ci accompagna in tutti gli spostamenti in casa. A tratti da l'impressione di essere su una nave. Il terrazzo è altrettanto bello, peccato per il muretto che ne limita la vista da seduti. Spettacolare l'ampissimo salone. L'ampia disponibilità di stoviglie è un plus per chi ama dilettarsi in cucina. L'unico punto da attenzionare, per chi desidera soggiornarci, sono sicuramente le diverse rampe di scale da fare per raggiungerlo. Anche se, con mia moglie all'8° mese, non abbiamo avuto grandi problemi. Un grazie ancora al sig. Felice per averci ospitato

The location is perfect—easy bus access from downtown and close to everything you need. The nearby beach is a hidden gem, one of the best in Amalfi, and though it’s a 500-step walk down, it’s absolutely worth it. There’s also a great bar nearby with excellent food and drinks. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, with a stunning view, and has handy laundry facilities for after a beach day. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful. Just note that the last bus from Amalfi City is around 11 p.m., so if you’re into nightlife, plan to return by car, taxi, or a 20-minute uphill walk. Highly recommended—I’d stay here again!

This place is perfect to visit Amalfi and other parts of the coast. We had terrible experience the night before and this place and host restored our trip. Clean and well thought out detailed place for guests. There are basic amenities which I can't believe so many places forget about what it is to travel and need things that hotels have and therefore airbnb should have for travelers hairdryer, iron, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, towels and this one has hot water. The location has nearby store, meal options, bus stops. We also enjoyed 30 min walk to amalfi center enjoyable views. Also appreciated host help with parking since we had a rental. Appreciated the assistance of the host to any questions concerns we had and her extra friendly comfort of reaching out via message in case of anything. Super grateful thank you! Easy check out simply take out trash and text goodbye. This place is beautiful and enjoy the views from the balcony. Definitely recommend this place. You will love it!
