This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.

Guests also have full access the rooftop Infinity Pool and Gym (But "Recreational Facilities only open for use from 6:00am to 10:00pm"). Minutes to the CBD and seconds from public transport, City Link and shopping.
