Cozy, Quiet Loft 3 blocks from the French Quarter

If the location isn't enough, you can rest easy knowing that you'll be resting easy in our brand new King-sized bed, fitted with a new Robin Mattress and Pottery Barn sheets. The queen-sized pullout couch is also a Robin mattress with Pottery Barn sheets. The rest of the apartment is decorated with West Elm, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you need a respite from all the delicious restaurants nearby. The foyer of the building and the hallway to the apartment are all indoors and are public space for the building's residents and guests. The inside of the apartment has everything you'll need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a breakfast nook and a washer and dryer. We cannot stress this enough to our guests... please contact us if you need anything at all! We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Also, we can answer any general questions about the neighborhood pertaining to restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is just three blocks from the French Quarter and near to the Arts/Warehouse District. This neighborhood is riding the wave of gentrification that is spreading throughout the city, hosting many of the city's top restaurants and bars. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building also enjoys the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car lines. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.

Welcome! Built in 1894, this is a classic New Orleans home. Located near the historic St Charles streetcar, Mardi Gras parades, Garden District and Magazine Street. Balcony Suite on Tchoupitoulas by Convention Centr

Circa 1840 brick building, The Balcony Suite with private bathroom was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures.. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center

This "Only in New Orleans" first-floor unit, circa 1875, has outstanding architectural details, and is well appointed with new and vintage furniture. Excellent Lower Garden District location, steps to MoJo Coffee House. Very walkable neighborhood with parks, bars, restaurants, bike share, coffee shops. Close to Convention Center (0.8 miles), French Quarter (1.4 miles), Superdome (1.6 miles), Warehouse/Arts District (0.7 miles), Uptown and Jazz Fest (4.7 miles). Don't miss it.
