Spacious Beachhouse-Where the Forest Meets the Sea

Bring the whole family to enjoy a fun and casual beach house. Splash around in a heated lagoon-style pool. Have BBQs on a patio and dine alfresco—or at a dining table seating 10. Great for families, not suitable for parties or schoolies as it is a quiet residential street. Noosa Shire Council has a strict 'no party' policy which includes excessive noise. Guests must cease any outside noise at 9.30pm, and failure to comply may result in the agent attending and penalties apply. These rules ensure that everyone gets to enjoy the relaxation and peaceful location this home provides. Amenities include lagoon style pool, two outdoor areas including a spacious balcony with BBQ, full kitchen, open plan living/dining, and separate downstairs living/lounge area ideal for a second family or the kids. Bed, bathroom and beach linen/towels are included in the price. We also provide all the basics including shampoo, hand wash, pantry essentials, laundry/kitchen detergents, soap, etc so you can start relaxing from the time you arrive. You have complete access to the house. We keep it well stocked with every appliance you need to walk in and start relaxing. You'll find that the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. The house is in Noosa Hill, between the trendy hustle of Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. Chemists, Coles, boutiques, a cinema, and some great cafes and little restaurants are nearby. Beaches and Noosa National Park are minutes away. We usually don't hire a car when we come to Noosa - you can easily get around on foot. Uber is commonly used in Noosa and there is a bus depot in the junction, 3 minutes walk away. Netflix, Apple TV, Smart speakers and a wireless speaker are available in the house for all your entertainment needs. The place is super kid friendly with a gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair and cot.

Our new apartment is perfect for a weekend away or a long holiday. Ocean views and only a walk across the road to the beach. In the middle of Peregian beach . Amazing restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in a small complex Pets welcome with a $50 Please note smart tv has access to all streaming services but no free to air tv Couples are asked to use only one of the rooms when possible to help the environment but will still have entire house to themselves 1 nite bookings may be considered

Paradise in Peregian - a little gem close to beach

A beautiful townhouse in one of the most sort after locations along the Peregian shoreline. Enjoy the tranquillity of this relaxed complex of three townhouses. Drift off at night and wake slowly in the morning to the sounds of the ocean. A minute's stroll down to the beach will take you to one of the most secluded sections of the Peregian beachfront. A walk along the esplanade is Peregian Village with its friendly atmosphere, wide variety of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Newly renovated studio is seperate to the main house and has it’s own entrance and is complete with its own kitchenette, TV and private bathroom. Suitable for 2 adults (and kids on request) Tea and Instant Coffee are available for your convenience along with basic condiments for cooking. This private area is 1km walk from the beach and is great for exploring the area with your partner, family or just away on business, than this is the place for you.

Newly renovated 1970's house. Dog/kid friendly.

Our newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 1970's beachside home is very comfortable.. It has a retro feel along with all the mod cons.. Located in a small beach community with great cafe's and the beautiful quiet Mudjimba beach only 200 metres walk away.. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard and kid friendly with toys etc included.. Great for a quick weekend to relax or perfect for a good long family holiday..

Comfortable townhouse in quiet area, close to Main Beach (15min walk/bike/5min drive), but away from the hustle of Hastings St. Short walk to Noosa river & Gympie Terrace. Close to shops and cafes. 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, helmets & life jackets. Family friendly & secure. Apple TV & Netflix. Pet friendly, best suited for a small dog, secure courtyard with plenty of shade.$10 per night charge for pets.
