Renovated Townhouse in Heart of Richmond Hill Two One

1600 Sqf, 3-story town-home; 1st Floor has Family Rooms, Dinning Rooms / Kitchen with balcony and bathroom. 2nd Floor has two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single ), and full bathroom. 3rd Floor is ensuite master bedroom ( 1 Queen and 1 bunk bed ) and Laundry. I am full time professional vacation home manager with 100% response rates. This house is cleaning and maintained by Hotel Grade professional cleaning crews. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Communication by Apps, message or phone. Located near the junction of Yonge street and Weldrick Road, a short stroll will reach T&T supermarkets and shops, restaurants and cafes, and the bus station. Take the children on a longer walk to Luv2Play, the largest indoor playground in all Ontario. This is the best location in Richmond Hill, Very convenience access Highway 404 and 407. Many public transportation station in the neighbourhood including Go Train Station. Under ground Parking with elevator access. you can ride go train to Toronto Downtown Union Station without changing line.

Welcome to Maple Downtown! Live Large in a Luxury Brand New Concept Home surrounded by mature 30 ft high trees. My place has 2 stories (main & second level), 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 in Beds (Max 8 people, confirm with the host ). Basement Apartment is not included in this listing and not occupied during your stay. MUST BE 25 or OLDER in order to BOOK. Do not book my home if you are planning on parting or gathering. Please ,note a 4% City Tax will be added to each booking.

Up to 2 additional guests a night, for $50/a person, however ZERO TOLERANCE against any parties loud music or loud talking past 11PM

Waterfront Coach House Loft

This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.

Fully furnished and spacious apartment will make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. High speed internet (300 Mbs) and smart TV with Netflix. Security camera outside the building for your safety.
