Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Ancien corps de ferme indépendant du XVIIIeme en pierre, la maison est située dans un joli village typique de l'Ile de France. Pour 8 voyageurs + un bébé et un enfant de moins de 6 ans. Rustic studio in historical city center

Located in the historical center of Vernon, close to shops and the edge of seine, my studio is on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small half-timbered building. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a sofa (convertible if necessary). It is perfect for a couple visiting Giverny or a business traveler to stay in the area.

Giverny, Cosy studio

The Studio is a short walk away from Claude Monet’s gardens and the museum. It has a sun porch and a large yard. It is independant of the rest of the house and disposes of a full kitchen. There is one double bed and one couch. The bathroom has a bathtub and offers towels and shampoo & soap.
