Cosy & Private Garden Unit

This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home. It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly. Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen. Enjoy your own private outdoor area in a beautifully landscaped garden and lawn.

Self contained studio for up to 2 guests. Lock box check-in. Has private entrance with private deck to relax on. Real Queen size bed. Short walk to Manly Dam reserve. Close to public golf course . Close to public transport to city, Manly and northern beaches. Local patisserie café, chemist and medical centre and 15 minute flat walk to a major Westfield shopping centre with cinemas. Basic breakfast on arrival supplied. Wi Fi available. No off street parking and no parking on the access road.

Cosy and cute 1 bed, Ensuite Cabin

Quiet and secluded with private access, this 1 bedroom cabin is an ideal spot to chill out after surfing or enjoying Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. It's a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and 15 mins walk from Dee Why's bustling shops, eateries and bars. There's Manly and CBD buses on the doorstep with Curl Curl's welcoming cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Beautifully furnished, the cabin has fresh linen, a BBQ and private outdoor space, everything you need for a special break.

Light and airy 2 bedroom self-contained garden apartment. The apartment faces North East and is only 5 minutes' drive to Manly Beach and Manly Dam bushland reserve. It is in an elevated position and catches the sea breezes with its own entrance and large private deck & courtyard. Street parking is available in quiet cul de sac. Comfortable queen beds in spacious bedrooms, separate living/dining room, bathroom and kitchenette with induction cooktop, with laundry available for guest use.

Completely Renovated and Extended. This private entrance, self-contained, air-conditioned space features Queen-sized bedroom, lounge/dining, free Netflix streaming, kitchenette (stone bench cooktop, fridge, microwave, sink, etc), outdoor covered exclusive-use courtyard with new BBQ + laundry access. Everything is a level walk: the lagoon pathway/cycleway to Manly Beach, gym, tennis court, cafes/restaurants, bottle shop, fresh food market, pool, bus stop to connect with Manly Ferry or CBD.

Cosy garden studio at Manly beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk 2 minutes for a refreshing morning swim. Live like a local and enjoy strolling around for great coffee and breakfast. Head to the Wharf Bar for a drink and watch the sunset before dinner. Enjoy dinner at one of the many Manly eateries . A short flat walk to the city ferry. Head to Shelley Beach for a snorkel. There’s lots of ways to relax and take a break from a busy life.

Chill out and unwind at this perfectly positioned oasis. Whether you're a solo traveler or a couple in search of a getaway, this home is the perfect spot for you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update from September 2025 - The house next door is starting a knockdown/ rebuild so the studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.)
