A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. Has its own living room and full bath. You'll share the main entrance , staircase and 2nd floor kitchen with other guests. If you book for one or two guests, you will only receive the double bed. Twin bed and sofa bed will be prepared for 3rd and 4th guests only.
