The West Wing

Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life . Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . Suitable for wheelchair users . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.

Beautiful country retreat with breathtaking views

A modern guest suite set in tranquil and spectacular surroundings. Lots of facilities including spa, swim spa, charcoal bbq, garden furniture all set on a large deck. A well equipped suite with everything you need. A comfortable double bed and pull out sofa bed for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. All cutlery, plates, cups, pans etc. Tea and coffee also provided. Modern bathroom with shower. Towels, toilet roll, shower gel provided.

Pukeko Refuge

This is a lovely large quiet and tranquil separate unit with a new bathroom. A small stream gurgles alongside enjoyed by pukekoes and eels. We want you to enjoy the birdlife, therefore we have food for you to feed the fantails, eels and pukekoes. A Gazebo over looking the stream to watch the pukeko playing, maybe enjoying a glass of wine. The unit has a microwave, fridge and toaster sofa, table and chairs for you to enjoy "home away from it all". Very safe off street parking

Tranquil Private Setting in 2.5 acres.

Lovely private room with en-suite, separate from the main house. Located in a beautiful country setting with 2.5 acres of private grounds and ample parking for boats, camper vans and cars. Amenities include WiFi, jug, toaster, fridge microwave and bbq. A continental breakfast is provided with tea and coffee. Just a 5 minute drive from Kamo Town and 15 minute drive to Whangarei Town Center where you will find many local cafes, bars, takeaways and restaurants close to the Marina.

Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, TV and Wifi. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful harbour views very short walk to famous waterfront parua bay tavern nice meals and childrens play area. Close to all the beaches and numerous walking tracks. launch your boat just over the road. Fabulous sunsets. Has 55” smart tv in the lounge with Netflix utube etc A second tv in bedroom set up with chrome cast. Outdoor table and chairs with lovely views of harbour and garden. Table tennis table Facility to charge EV small fee applies.

66D is a brand new light cosy studio - relaxing and peaceful space! The studio is quiet and private, is attached to the main home...luxury decor with a comfy queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette, a private separate entrance and car park. Suitable for couples and individuals. Outside seating on deck, nice glass of wine...perfect! A pleasant 3 min stroll to cinemas, cafes, bar and markets and 45 min drive from Auckland CBD.

Come relax in a clean, quiet and simple studio unit surrounded by trees. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, lounge area, bedroom area, a heat pump, washing machine and deck. Located only 5km from the city centre, it is a 2 minute walk from a cafe and local stores and in a nice neighbourhood. Off street parking is available by the studio. Please note, this is a studio. There isn't a separate bedroom.
