The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent amenities. Moreover, Aishah is a wonderful host, very responsive to your queries. Overall, had a wonderful couple of days and would definitely recommend it.

Rae & Andy, went above and beyond when we stayed with them for Manchester Marathon. Instead of checking out at standard time on Sunday, they offered to allow us to shower at the end of the Marathon - early evening. They were very accommodating. If we ever find ourselves in Manchester again, theirs would be our first choice of airbnb.

Used this Airbnb after a music event and was perfect, exactly what we needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly!

Our second visit to this beautifully styled and comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately didn't get chance to use the Sauna again so it looks like we'll have to come back for that!

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

I had the best experience at Luna’s house. I came to Manchester for the marathon and the house had everything I needed. Luna is an incredible person and she was so kind to offer me orange juice, bananas and running essentials before my race. The house is sparkling clean and probably the best I’ve been. Simply the best place to stay in Manchester - I am definitely coming again!!!!

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Easily the best place that we have stayed. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything. Hot tub is amazing after long days out, the sauna is very great for relaxing and very spacious compared to others. The property is extremely clean and spacious. David generously allowed for an early checkin and also gave us an extra hour on our checkout day. I would 100% recommend staying here. We would have extended our stay had the date been available. Oh and the piano is a great touch!

We had a lovely stay. The place is cosy and we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen while watching our little ones enjoying their meals. Gin is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks

Place was amazing. I had the place to myself. View outstanding. Kitchen clean and new, everything in place. Bedroom amazing, had a real quality sleep. Bathroom clean and modern, hot water available regardless not included in listing. Didn't use the garden. Parking available. I watched a movie in the living room and it's a home theatre experience (I loved it. I went back to the 2000s). Jamie also adjusted the house temperature which was crucial for my enjoyment. I also felt Jamie was available instantly if needed. Basically the place is a no-brainer recommendation and a 5-star no less. I feel fortunate we live in the era where people like James can share their property with us.
