We had a lovely family break. Managed to keep 3 young children under 3 years of age happy. They loved it!! Also the adults had some down time after they were asleep. We were a bit loud, for which I apologise but only laughing and giggling. We are a loud family. My only negative was that we couldnt get our heads around all the technology, but I put that down to my age. Never managed to get the oven going although we used the Airfryer/ Microwave and BBQ, so no worries. Thank you!!

Absolute fantastic home and great host! I was already looking forward to this stay looking at how lovely and immaculate the home looked on the images and it did not disappoint. Extremely well maintained home with lots of space. Rachel was very friendly, accommodating and responsive with any queries. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, there is plenty around the immediate area and we had no trouble getting in and out of the city centre. Great weekend with lots of great memories made in a beautiful home.

Very generous host even left some bottled water and tea coffee bread etc for us which was so appreciated 🙏🙏 Lovely , big , comfy clean beds, bedding and towels. Great kitchen and dinning area cooked a lovely meal. We really enjoyed our stay thank you once again 🙏🙏

Great hosts and ideal house in perfect spot for an extended stay in between house move. Would make a great short stay house too.

Lovely cottage & relaxing week away. Alan was very responsive and a lovely host, cottage is stunning very cosy and clean. Good location to visit surrounding areas and hikes. Beautiful part of the world, would love to stay again ❤️

This cosy cottage is the perfect place to stay in the Peak District. It's very private, clean and has everything you need. The log burner inside will keep you cosy in the evenings and the hot tub is amazing way to relax after a day touring the Peaks. I found the location perfect for what we wanted to do and see. Hayley the host was very responsive with messages and answering questions and giving recommendations. If you're looking to book anywere in the Peaks, look no further than this place. Just a word of warning though, the drive is steep and if you have a low vehicle, you may struggle to get on and off the drive at the entrance but there is a layby just down the road, and this cottage is worth it!!!!

We had the most gorgeous night away here, the surroundings were just beautiful - we loved watching the lambs, hares & curlews in the field out front, it was so peaceful despite being so close to Rivington & local villages. The cabin itself was stunning, every detail had been thought about, you could tell a lot of love had gone into it. The bed was super cosy & it was so gorgeous to wake up & lay in bed with a cup of tea looking out at those views. The wellness bath is such a treat, especially on a warm evening & it felt really private. We’d absolutely recommend this place 100 times over. Julie & Grace were so friendly, helpful & responsive, we felt right at home straight away. We didn’t know until we were there, but we were their first guests - we’d never have known, everything was so seamless. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect log cabin just on the border of Peak District, well maintained and private. Reservoir and hikes available on the doorstep. ⭐

The pod was stunning. Such a beautiful location and Katie was so friendly and helpful. It was a great way to spend my birthday celebrations with my partner! I would 100% return and recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Ita and Michael were very welcoming, responsive and helpful and they made us feel right at home, the property is beautiful with great amenities and in such a stunning location, we could not recommend staying here enough!
