Villa is located in a gated complex with 24hr security inside the Rio Mar Resort. 1st floor (one set of stairs going down), the property features central A/C, Cable, Wifi, 1 parking, sofa bed, bodyboards, beach chairs, toys, towels and cooler. Kitchen is fully equipped. The 1st bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, private balcony and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bath. The property has a GOLF CART available for rent separately.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have never been installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Guests will have access to the Resorts Beach moving around with two golf carts included. Rio Mar Village is the newest residential community inside the premises of the Rio Mar Beach Resort. These villas are the most luxurious golf and tennis villas and our location is next door to the resorts golf clubhouse. Our Villa is a private property located within the facilities of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, one of the most beautiful resorts in the island.

San Juan International Airport is a 30-minute drive by car or UBER. You can explore the Rainforest; day sail on a catamaran to a nearby small island, ride horses and then sit and relax on our rooftop terrace watching the beautiful Sunset.
