Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Αυτός ο χώρος 80 τ.μ. είναι ένα ευρύχωρο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με έμφαση στη κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά αλλά παράλληλα μόλις 1,7 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η παραλία Nea Chora βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,2 χιλιομέτρων.
