It’s situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within easy access to the A130 and A12. 15 minutes from Broomfield hospital. Nearby is the park and ride to Chelmsford town and mainline station. The Kitchen/Lounge area is fitted with an Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Includes Microwave, kettle, toaster and is equipped with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc.

The conversion was completed in March 2021 and sleeps 4 adults in 2 big bedrooms. There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or a couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. Emma and Charlie welcome guests back time after time to relax and enjoy this very special place. We hope you will join them.
