This beautifully presented detatched property is built on one level, it is modern, light and spacious. With two king sized bedrooms a large living room well equipped kitchen and spacious shower room it has its own private entrance, driveway, enclosed south facing deck and small garden to the side of the property with views This is the perfect getaway for complete privacy whilst being a few minutes away from the beautiful South Hams beaches, and lovely waterside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe

Beautiful holiday home in Salcombe. A real gem. Surroundings gardens. Private parking for one car. Magnificent views. Seated deck. Main bedroom. en suite, king size bed Twin second bedroom, bunk room. Luxury White Company linen and towels. Family shower room. A very well appointed, spacious kitchen, including Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, open plan with bench seated dining area, large corner sofa, wood burner, Smart TV. Stunning views. Salcombe, North/South Sands, Coastal Path all close by.

Close by to Salcombe this newly converted, contemporary annexe is part of West Cliff House occupying a peaceful location 15 minutes along a small track leading to the magical beach of Soar Mill Cove. Set in AONB National Trust land with direct access to the coast path offering spectacular walks to Salcombe with its sandy beaches, pubs and restaurants and over Bolberry Down to, South Milton Sands and on to Bantham. Large sun deck that looks over beautiful gardens and countryside, free parking.

The Cottage, 0.7 miles to Hope Cove!

Well equipped maisonette with outstanding views and within an easy walk via onsite footpath to beautiful Hope Cove beach (20 mins) and SW coastal path. Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. We are told the photos don't do it justice!

Pretty Barn in Malborough, near Salcombe

An old stone barn, with easy access to the beaches of Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, and walking distance to the village shop and petrol station. Perfect for coastal walks, relaxing by the sea or flying around on kites, boats and surf boards. The Barn, nestled amongst other properties enjoys a pretty shrubby patio area. An attached old stone shed is useful for wet clothes, boots, bikes, and watersport kit. Free parking nearby in the village hall car park, and on street parking

Walcombe Lodge is nestled in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making the perfect coastal retreat. The Lodge is within 10 minutes walking distance to the local pubs. Take a trip to the nearby seaside town of Salcombe, or visit the local sandy beaches of Hope Cove and Thurlestone. The apartment is superbly equipped, including a King Size bedroom, open plan living, dining area and shower room. The space also boasts private parking, and private patio area which overlooks the valley.

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

3 bedroom coastguard cottage with an Aga, which is situated in the hamlet of Soar, nestled inbetween Salcombe and Hope Cove. Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by neighbouring farmland and National Trust Land. Both Soar Mill Cove and South Sand beaches are within walking distance of the property. Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Foxbear is a charming three-story home located in the picturesque village of Malborough in the Devonshire countryside. The cottage accommodates 4 adults and 2 children and two canine friends and offers scenic views from the second floor, a handy location close to a variety of amenities and the beach, and an inviting interior, making it the perfect home away-from-home. Before entering Foxbear, park either on the side of the road or in the nearby public carpark.
