There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Well known for its excellent beaches , sailing and watersports . Our room also has private ensuite, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , sink for breakfast /tea prep etc Our holiday let has easy access private free parking on driveway and seperate access to accommodation, with patio area and barbecue for our guests use.
