Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Infinity è a strapiombo sul mare, con una vista mozzafiato che potete godervi sia dal balcone che da letto. Nelle giornate più limpide potrete perfino vedere meduse e pesci che nuotano in mare! Appartamento in stile greco e marino finito di ristrutturare a luglio 2023. Arredato in maniera semplice ed elegante, il colore bianco e il legno vi faranno sentire subito in vacanza appena entrerete nell'ampio salone. Vi sembrerà di essere su un'isola della Grecia, con il controsoffitto di travi e canniccio, il letto matrimoniale di cemento così come il mobile tv ed i bagni. Una casa semplice ma di pregio dotata di tutti i comfort possibili gestibili tramite Alexa. Un appartamento magnifico!

La tana della volpe

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Molocale molto carino ricavato nella dependance adiacente alla casa principale, ingresso autonomo e area esterna esclusiva. Casa ecologica con struttura in legno immersa nella natura sulle colline versiliesi, con spettacolare vista mare. Prossima alla via Francigena, a 15 minuti dal mare, dalla A12 e dal centro di Pietrasanta. Strada di accesso comunale ripida e stretta, inadatta ai neopatentati senza esperienza, ma arrivati, la vista panoramica, la pace, il silenzio, ripagano della fatica.

Cima alle Selve

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Welcome to our home in Vittoria Apuana, in the heart of Forte dei marmi, just 300m from the beach. We're Fara and Gabriele, we decided to open the flat on the first floor of our villa to guests. we live on the ground floor with our two young children. The guest floor has it’s full privacy with a separate entrance, parking, and an XL terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Private pool available on request, exclusive access for an extra fee — just ask!

BorgoMetato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Situato nella parte alta del borgo, l’attico GIALLO ORO sovrasta tutti i tetti di Manarola con il suo terrazzo vista mare. Lontano dalla vita frenetica del centro e dal vociare della gente, qui potrai godere in piena pace e relax di un panorama da togliere il fiato (letteralmente!), gustandoti i colori di un paesaggio naturale unico nel suo genere, magari assieme ad un buon bicchiere di Sciacchetrà.
