Elegant Dream Villa - ideal getaway or Home Office

Stunning 5 bedrooms, each with ultra-modern en-suite bathrooms, state of the art kitchen, very large terrace with shaded area for eating and sunny area + separate shaded lounge and grill area as well as pool and wooden deck. Also has an office set up with desk, office chair and a large monitor and support for laptop enabling comfortable work from home/ 'Home Office'. 10-15 mins drive from beaches, 5 mins from supermarkets and the main town. when at the house, peacefulness, nature and quiet.

Casa Arlequin villa has floor-to-ceiling views of the bay, the beach, and Dragonera Island, an uninhabited natural park. The house is just 300 meters from the center of town, where you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants and shops. Casa Oliveras sea views and beach access

Traditional Mallorcan house, 3km from Deia, coast line with breathtaking views over looking Mediterranean see, oozing rustic charm, in the heart of ancient olive groves, 3 mn walking to an idyllic sea cove with crystalline waters, private swimming pool, amazing sunset. Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

Stone villa with mountain views and quiet

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
