Apartment has a queen bed, kitchenette (no stove but a microwave), ensuite bathroom and lounge area, with delightful outdoor garden setting to enjoy your afternoon aperitif or morning cuppa. Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. A couple live in the separate granny flat and can help if required. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

Seaside Cottage Stanwell Park is a fully self contained house with 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge & dining room, front and back deck with a newly renovated kitchen located in Stanwell Ave, a quiet street right in the heart of Stanwell Park, only a couple of minutes easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The cottage is surrounded by bush and beach with spectacular escapement views from the front and back deck. Only 10mins walk to the station.

The Terrace

A large charming renovated two story terrace full of character and homely comforts. Large sun filled decks have been built to make the most of the beautiful ocean views creating a relaxed space for family and friends to enjoy. Walk 2 mins to the end of the street and you’ll be at the Scarborough hotel where you can have a drink, coffee, a casual lunch or dinner surrounded by incredible views of the ocean!
