it was best place on ours road trip in 6 countries. Most quite, like in jungle, you can hear lots of birds, one night we saw swarm of fireflies, was magic.If you want calm your mood, is one of the best place that I ever been❤️🙏 many thanks for Velentin and grandads 😊

What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this bungalow is a hidden gem! The cozy setup and proximity to the beach made it the ideal retreat. Our host truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering a warm welcome and invaluable local recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

The location is a dream, we stood there for 3 weeks toghether with a dog and a 1 year old baby and we fully enjoyed the garden and the views. The place is near a restaurant, 7 min by car to a shop, you have very close by all sort of beaches and Nea Peramos offers a great number of places to eat. Also, there is a wild beach with sand just below the house. The acomodation itself has all you need and also they provided a baby bed as well as a baby feedind chair which helped us a lot. All in all, due to the panormaic views, proximity to everything but as well as the privacy that it offers, we highly recommend this stay.

Best place we have ever stayed at! I was very impressed with the design of the pool with a view of the sky and the privacy of the place. Bed was really comfortable and the ceiling fans kept the place cool. Above all the place had character! Whatever I say is not enough to describe the beauty and elegance of the bungalows. Nearby Tristinika beach excellent as always and Dimitris’ tavern the best food around! We will definitely be back! Thank you Alex!

We had just amazing holidays. If you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy the real Greece, June's place is the perfect choice. The village is fantastic, people are very friendly and supportive, the nature around is just breathtaking. Thank you June, thank you Nea Koutali. We will never ever forget you!

Мені пощастило пожити в цьому чудовому бунгало 😀 Зручне розташування на закритій території, скрізь спокій та природа 🌳🌲 Власник дуже гостинний, уважний та турботливий, дякую 🙂 В помешканні є все необхідне для проживання та навіть більше! Місця вистачає для перебування 4х людей, меблі та техніка нові та якісні, є милі деталі інтер‘єру, все зроблено з любов‘ю для комфортного перебування. Всередині приємний запах дерева та чистого повітря. Бунгало прекрасне, хочеться повертатись сюди ще багато разів 🤍

I took a 5 days solo trip to Mytilini. Linda’s place felt like home since it is located in a Greek neighborhood and it has everything you can find in your own house. It was so quiet, safe and peaceful. Just what I needed. Linda was extremely helpful. The house is so close to the center of Mytilini. I went everywhere by feet. Would definitely recommend and if I come to Mytilini again, would love to stay here one more time. :) Thank you for everything!

Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ ευγενική, πρόθυμη να μας ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες μας και πολύ φιλόξενη! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και ακριβώς όπως μας είχε περιγράψει η οικοδέσποινα. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων και γι'αυτό είναι σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία ! Θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανά στο μέλλον !!

If you are looking for a nice, calm place, to spend a few days with a company, this is your place. This is not a luxury house, its a country house with all the benefits and downsides of it. We liked it very much and were absolutely satisfied. There were some inconveniences - most of the doors were squeaking and not closing well, we oiled them so they are quiet now, but for closing they still need a maintenance. It surely will be fixed easily. The kitchen needs to be equipped better for four persons. There were issues with the beds. But these were things that didn't spoil our stay. We adapted and had a really pleasant time there. The house has such a pleasant atmosphere and a good vibe. The place is calm and beautiful and we recommend it 100%!

We were 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids. We stayed for 5 nights. We were welcomed by George, Athanasios's sоn. He was friendly and supporting. The house was just as it was described and matches the pictures. For me was a little bit sterile, probably some inside decorations can make it even more comfortable. Thank you for the beach accessories and the anti-mosquito repellents. If we decide to visit Yerakini again, this will be the place we will stay.
