Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

This house was more than a house it was a home to enjoy your break or holiday in. And that was the stand out difference with this property. It felt homely and clean with all your needs catered for plus it introduce us to St. Annes by the Sea with its beaches and facilities without losing its quaint seaside feel. This house had wonderful views of the park to the rear and easy access to shops, restaurants and golden sands. We are not a great family for returning to the same places, but on the way home the question was asked if we would go back and we all said "yes"

Thank you very much. We all had a great stay. Everything we needed was at the house. Went with kids and they loved the games and toys available. Lots near by to keep us busy. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. I don't go away very often and made the decision to use an air b and b for the first time.Myself and a work colleague had to attend a conference in Blackpool and wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing after a long day. The accommodation was excellent and there was nothing more we could have wanted in the property. The correspondence from Samantha was quick and clear before,during and after. I recommend anyone who needs to visit this area to give this accommodation a good look

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Lytham, using it as a base for a dance competition. The house is beautiful, full of thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The area itself is just as charming and we only wish we had stayed longer! Mark was a fantastic host—great communication and full of local knowledge. Would highly recommend this little gem. Safe to say, we’ll definitely be returning.

Wir haben uns in Paulines Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung war super, alles war sauber und die Lage top! Der Ausblick ist definitiv das Highlight und war sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. :) Grade für 2 Pärchen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Pauline war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Had such a wonderful stay at Racheals place felt so at home and Rachel was so responsive to anything we asked beautifully furnished and sooooo comfortable to loved every minute of our stay over Easter with family and we hosted our Easter Sunday dinner as the place was so well equipped thank you for making us so welcome

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Well what can I say, just an amazing experience, we stayed at Christine’s apartment for 3 nights, communication was very good, she replied quickly and gave in-depth knowledge of the best restaurants to eat at, Auberge french and shasla Indian restaurants we tried and the food was so good. When I had let Christine know we had booked Auberge, she had phoned ahead and let them know to offer a drink on her which was very thoughtful. Checking in was a breeze as Christine had sent pictures to help, the accommodation was spotless with plenty of fresh towels, on our morning of vacating the apartment Christine text to let us know we could spend longer as the cleaner wasn’t coming until one. 10 out of 10 for our stay and we will be back soon.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

Very clean, beautiful place to stay, would stay here again in future for sure 100% recommend for anyone else looking to stay here. Place is close to north pier and very quiet even at weekends its not very noisy

A wonderful half term long weekend with our teenagers. Super quiet location, but close enough to Lancaster to make a dash into the city easy. Smashing property with jus the right mixture of character and modernity. Will be back.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.
