The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Villa apartment w/ garden

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

Hyggeligt byhus / rækkehus nær centrum

Charmerende privat byhus i 4 etager med en lille hyggelig baghave, hvor I kan slappe af efter en lang dag på sightseeing. Huset er ideelt for 2 par eller en lille familie med større børn. Bemærk: husets 2 soveværelser er på 2 forskellige etager, og ikke ideelt for familier med små børn Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. God beliggenhed 5 km fra Centrum, kun 12 minutter med offentlig transport. S tog er 800 meter fra huset. Lille shoppingcenter med dagligvarebutikker i gåafstand fra huset

Family Friendly Historic Townhouse with Garden

Oplev København fra et af byens mest unikke kvarterer i Østerbro. Som Superhost gennem 10 år byder jeg velkommen til vores rummelige 1890er byhus i et historisk kvarter. Huset er smagfuldt indrettet med danske designermøbler og antikke fund. Her er ideelt til familier og større grupper, da der er god plads til alle. Her er flere legerum med legetøj og kunstmaterialer til børnene samt en hyggelig privat lukket have. Nyd en rolig oase tæt på Metroen med adgang til alt i København.

Detta charmiga gathus från 1800-talet ligger nära allt. 200m till Gröningen/havet och 300m till Kullagatan. 55 kvm fördelat på två plan. Öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum på entréplan. Sovrum med braskamin och nyrenoverat badrum på övre plan. Tre sängar: En dubbelsäng (180cm) på ovanvåningen, en 80- cm säng och en dubbel (160cm) bäddsoffa på entréplan. Netflix och stream svensk (SVT) TV. Altan med grill och uteplats när vädret tillåter det.

Uniq townhouse - total renovated - in city center

We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen. The house is placed in the middel of the quiet street with lots of kids playing and with no traffic making the place an oase in the city - perfect for families traveling with kids or travelers who wants to stay in a quite and architectural and unique part of Copenhagen .

Cozy townhouse next to King's Garden

A very unique townhouse just next to the very popular King’s Garden and Rosenborg Castle. Less than 10 minutes walking distance to Nørreport Station and the same for Kongens Nytorv. The location is very central - but our Townhouse is placed inside a courtyard, a bit away from the pulsing life. If you choose our Townhouse, you will have a perfect stay in Lovely Copenhagen.
