If you’re looking for a more relaxed version of Luxor then the West Bank and Yasser’s hotel is the place for you. Yasser and his host skills are what made our 10 day stay in Luxor so memorable. He’s happy to arrange all your tours and transportation and he’ll give you budget options too. He’ll make great suggestions of when to see something or maybe to do an activity you weren’t thinking about. We were lucky enough to have ample time to see the main sites of Luxor but also have time for local egyptian life and Yasser invited us to his family home for a meal, to a local festival and many more authentic experiences. We are so grateful for his kindness. The flat is big and spacious. The kitchen needs a few more pieces of equipment to be able to cook a meal but I was able to make small lunches and snacks for the kids in it at least. The rooftop pool, loungers, billiards table and ping pong table were great to stay busy after a long day touring. Food was amazing as well.

We are sad we could only stay one night, it was very peaceful, surrounded by green. The house has everything you may need, there's a garden outside where you can sit and a balcony to see outside. Daniel and his wife were very welcoming, he gave us a lot of tips for the remaining part of the trip. We arranged with him a very good tour to the Luxor and Karnak temples that ended up with a boat across the Nile and a tuktuk that brought us to their house. Recommended for a very peaceful stay.

I was the first time in Egypt and can say that beside had to beat the traffic to get there, I had an overall great experience feeling right at home and well in touch with the hotel stuff, host and locals around. It is great to wake up, having the sunrise over the Nile river with fresh fruits from the garden and Omelett to start your adventure. It was a great pleasure to stay at that side of the river to relax and enjoy the simply quieter side of the city. Thanks

The apartment was in perfect condition, we were in 4 people. Abdou and his brother Ahmed were always ready to help us, took us iron from ironing clothes and gave us local recommendations. In the surroundings in restaurants and supermarkets, very good.

Le logement de Mohamed présente un bon rapport qualité prix. La corniche du nile est accessible à pied. De nombreux restaurants dans les alentours. Mohamed est un hôte acceuillant.

Abeer fue una excelente anfitriona. Realmente nos hizo sentirnos como en casa. En todo momento estuvo a disposición frente a cualquier duda o consulta que necesitamos. El apartamento muy bien ubicado y en zona céntrica cerca de la estación de tren, bus y templo de Luxor. Equipado con aires acondicionado y ventiladores que cuando llegas te hacen sentir muy cómodo del calor externo. Amplio y cómodo. Realmente recomendable!!!

Amazing Stay in Luxor, Egypt! I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Luxor. Appartement correspond à la description le plus le toit terrasse avec vue sur le Nil. Très bonne expérience Tarek le gestionnaire a été formidable dans un premier temps pour nous envoyer un chauffeur pour nous récupérer et nous déposer a l aéroport qui se trouve a 15 min.Séjour formidable les visites que nous avions programmé se sont très bien passé,un grand merci à Tarek de nous avoir fais découvrir Louxor et les alentours toujours de bon conseil et soucieux de notre confort.Avec des petites attention à notre arrivée dans le réfrigérateur boissons et yaourts. This place is absolutely gorgeous! It really captures the beauty and magic of Luxor. On top of the accommodations the host fed us the best food we’ve had in Egypt. Ahmed is super friendly and very accommodating and even ran to the store to pick up cold medicine when I told him I wasn’t feeling well. The host really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Grazioso appartamento nella costa ovest di Luxor ,ottima posizione per visitare i monumenti ,i templi . Casa pulita, le foto corrispondono esattamente a quello che troverete, la famiglia è cordiale, ospitale e vi aiuterà se avete bisogno di qualsiasi cosa. Assaggiate il cibo di Amida perché ne vale veramente la pena!!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, godete della tranquillità del bel giardino e alzatevi presto la mattina vedrete passare tantissime mongolfiere sopra la vostra testa ...mesperienza veramente unica. Big thanks to Liza and Karen for amazing time in Luxor and in this house! Karem always helps with everything even in th middle of the night. He gave us many options to spend our time, and he become a friend to us in this journey. The view is unbelievable, we’ve never seen anything like that. The house itself is lovely, it had many little things for our comfort. The AC works nice. I wish everyone to see this place at least once, and I hope we’ll get a chance to visit Luxor again. P.S. you may meet some non-dangerous insects and lizards in the house, because it’s a desert; there’s nothing you or hosts can do with it, so it’s okay :) Even though there’s nothing you can do, Karem came to us and helped with little “roommates” in the middle of the night, so nothing was bothering us at all.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, toll gestaltet und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Khaled hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und war immer sehr freundlich. Der Blick auf die tolle Landschaft ist einmalig. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is very nice bordering the fields. The children loved the pool. Everything was very clean. We loved to stay there and had a great time!

El alojamiento era perfecto, tenía dos habitaciones, la casa es súper cómoda y grande, con todo lo necesario. Si bien el barrio no es demasiado lindo, la ubicación esta muy bien porque está muy cerca del templo de Lúxor y del puerto para cruzar con el ferry hacia el otro lado. El anfitrión fue súper atento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin dudas. Gracias!!

No os perdáis el alojamiento. Tan agradable como preciso en los servicios que puede ofrecer ofrecer por el momento (tanto Carine como Alí están en proceso de ampliar y mejorar sus instalaciones). Localizado en un entorno rural, en el lado del Valle de las Reinas y de los Reyes (Luxor) es, sin duda un remando de paz y silencio egipcio. Los desayunos son excelentes de verdad y a un precio insuperable. Carine es un encanto de mujer, suiza, muy alegre y súper trabajadora. Sin duda un lugar para alojarse cuando vayáis a visitar a Luxor, Karnak, el Valle de las Reinas, el Valle de los Reyes, el de los Artesanos, etc., a un precio y limpieza insuperable. Gracias Carine y Alí por vuestra ayuda y os deseamos lo mejor, en todos los sentidos.

Great host! Nice spacious apartment. The pictures make the place look small but it’s actually quite spacious and the bathroom is huge. I enjoyed my stay Mo helped me by booking a few tours also transportation to Aswan. The driver he provided is very nice and is super knowledgeable of the land. Restaurants are within walking distance I highly recommend Nile Freedom the owner is super chill and the food is 10/10! Would definitely book with Mo again.

Ammar is responsive for communication. The place is right in from Nile River with peaceful view. This place is located at Westbank, in a local village.

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Elaine et Mahmoud dans leur maison. l appartement est tres confortable, tres propre et bien equipe: climatisation lave linge etc.. tout correspondait a la description. la deco interieur et la vue sur le charme de Al Bairat fut reposant et nous invite a la contemplation. Le service sur place, l écoute et la bienveillance fut à la hauteur de nos attentes. Mahmoud a été au petit soin avec nous pour nous faire découvrir la culture locale, l histoire de la région de Luxor , et sans compter les belles surprises du matin avec un petit déjeuner dans un village qui nous a littéralement charme. Nous lui remercions infiniment pour sa bonté, sa générosité et sa disponibilité. Nous pensons revenir pour prolonger ce beau séjour. Encore merci à Elaine et Mahmoud ❤️☺️🙏🌟🥀

Meu marido e eu nos hospedamos aqui por 5 dias e tivemos uma ótima experiência. O apartamento é novo e fica em uma região tranquila, silenciosa a noite, o que foi excelente para dormir bem. Gostei da área externa no térreo e do terraço com vista para as plantações e o Nilo. Havia uma máquina de lavar compartilhada e sabão foi fornecido. O anfitrião foi gentil e hospitaleiro, nos buscou no ferry na margem oeste, nos apresentou o comércio local, nos serviu uma bebida de boas vindas, deixou no apartamento frutas da sua própria plantação, nos deu boas dicas do que visitar em Luxor e se certificou de que estávamos bem ao longo da estadia. Ele é boa pessoa e se dedica a cuidar bem dos hóspedes. A relação custo benefício é imbatível! Recomendo e certamente retornaríamos em uma próxima viagem a Luxor.
