Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

Cabino - Fresh Air Resort

The elegant Cabins are furnished in the modern minimalistic style. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows makes the rooms bright so you can enjoy an amazing landscape view of the high peaks of Julian Alps. Each unit comes with a large wooden terrace equipped with loungers and a hammock. Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. Each Cabin is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and V60 pour-over coffee set.

☀Entire Villa below Bled castle☀ freeBikes & Sauna

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Vieni nel CUORE del Friuli Venezia Giulia! Siamo a pochi chilometri dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Vicini a Città d'arte e di storia, siti Unesco, famose Cantine del Collio, ai Borghi più belli d'Italia (apri l'app: borghi belli fvg). Il mare e spiagge a 30 min. Per te una VILLA, con grande GIARDINO a prato, recintato a siepe viva e PATIO. La sera accendi il fuoco nel braciere e riposare in piena libertà all'esterno, fai yoga, dondolati dopo le scoperte del ricco territorio friulano.

Villetta indipendente all'interno di un vasto parco, con vista mozzafiato. Barbecue con Patio. I soggiorni brevi subiranno un aumento del prezzo giornaliero. I cani necessitano dell'autorizzazione, il costo giornaliero aggiuntivo è di euro 10. Pulizie finali euro 50, la piscina (20 m da casa) è in condivisione con eventuali altri ospiti dell'adiacente casa. Il costo aggiuntivo da definire in base ai giorni di pernottamento. Tutti i costi aggiuntivi vanno saldati alla consegna delle chiavi

Superb and large villa with large garden, immersed in the nature of the Karst, located in a quiet but at the same time strategic area, between the cities of Gorizia and Trieste. Suitable for more or less large families, equipped for children. Pets are welcome and will have the entire garden at their disposal. The house has an air conditioning system that, together with the heating system, keeps it pleasantly comfortable throughout the year.

Villa degli anni '50 a 2 piani, con giardino alberato e piante aromatiche da cui si gode la vista del mare e del golfo. parcheggio gratuito e fermata bus; Appartamento con cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, 2 stanze matrimoniali di cui 1 art decò, 1 più moderna ed 1 soggiorno con 1 divano letto singolo, una terrazza. Il tutto con vista mare. Particolare cura della pulizia.
