Die gerade neu gestaltete und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Bad, 2 Terrassen, einen geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich, einen Parkplatz sowie Zugang zum Pool. Die sehr gute Lage erspart einem lange Wege: Supermarkt: 1km, Strand: 2km

Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.
