On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Despite its secluded charm, we are just west of the vibrant market town of Tiverton, providing the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. We create a true home-away-from-home experience. And for those traveling with furry companions—you’ll find we’re a truly dog-friendly haven.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

In a peaceful rural location just 5 minutes drive to Tiverton. Exmoor, Dartmoor & both the North & South coasts are easy drives.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. It also has a private decking area. Bedroom one can be king or twin, ideal for families. Equal distance to north and south Devon, Pippins is an ideal holiday base.

The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and is perfectly situated, having great access to Exmoor, North and South Devon beaches, whilst being only 15 minutes’ drive from the M5. But best of all it is the perfect place for a quiet, “away-from-it all” break.
