Our townhome is in a quiet corner of Durham. It is a stone’s throw from the Third Fork Creek Trail, a paved path which is excellent for biking, walking, running, and exploring nature. The home is 1.5 miles (4 min) to coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. 5 miles (15 minutes) to UNC and Duke, as well as 15 minutes to downtown Durham and Chapel Hill and 20 minutes to the airport.
