Welcome to Aston Cottage, a delightful Pet Friendly 4-bedroom accommodate up to 6 adults plus 2 children. SELF CHECK-IN Cotswold stone house located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park on a 500-acre private nature reserve. The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

A perfect location for those seeking to be in the heart of nature with a variety of outdoor activities & Cotswold Water Park. Onsite guests have access to the indoor pool, steam, gymnasium as well as the heated outdoor pool, fishing lake, bike trails, tennis courts, football pitch, kayaks, table tennis, soft-play & playgrounds. The Cottage has a private fishing peg/wild swimming spot.

Entire guesthouse set within Cotswold Water Park

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the small village of Ashton Keynes, perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. Entire guesthouse includes Kitchenette and Bathroom. King size bed. Amazing views from the bedroom/living area windows, overlooking farmland with plenty of wildlife. Two additional single guest beds if required (suitable for children). TV. Lower Mill Estate is a 500 acre private nature reserve for holiday homes. Oakleigh Cottage is a fully equipped 4 bedroom (2 ensuite) property. It is one of a limited number of properties in Mill Village which includes access to the onsite leisure and wellness centre - heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, steam room, eco pool, gym, therapies and treatments. The Lower Mill also has playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, lake access and more.

Cotswold village location- Detached guest house

The studio is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away, with the thames path countryside walks on your door step and fresh country air in abundance. Wifi, Netflix , Disney + included The Studio is a comfortable space with an Ensuite shower room, comfy sofa and kingsize bed and free parking. Located in a beautiful village within the Cotswold water park area you are spoilt for choice of things to do locally, with water sports, lakeside dining, South Cerney beach all on your door step.

Located within the family (and pet) friendly Lower Mill Estate on the River Thames, The Plovers offers guests a spacious 3 bedroom property with a large private garden. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

Magical cottage set within a woodland glade
