I highly recommend this Airbnb! It is in a quiet neighborhood, but still walkable to SO much. I didn’t even take any Ubers, I just walked everywhere. There are so many great restaurants and things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great time at Brandon’s place! Check in and check out were very easy and Brandon was flexible given our late flight and very early departure. There was a lot to in the area and the walk to the St. Charles streetcar was close and easy to get to. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, and shops on Magazine Street that were easy to walk to. We would definitely come back and stay at Brandon’s place again!

Isaac's place is literally the perfect distance from EVERYTHING from Bourbon St. to the hospital and everything in between, it was as if his place was the epi-center of anywhere you wanted to go in New Orleans. The street was a little busy yet it was more peaceful than one would think. We sat out on the stoop one night and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the night. If your group is "close" enough, the "shotgun" style of the home won't be an issue. Just put those who tend to need more sleep upstairs. If the style/decor of the home didn't make you feel at home, the shower definitely will. EVERYONE on our trip LOVED and commented on the SHOWER, LOL! Noone wanted to get out of the shower. The back yard was exactly as described. Perfect for just hanging out. I'd definitely recommend staying and would book again. it gave home away from home which made it easy to relax and enjoy the company you were with.

There kitchen was spacious, well furnished. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfortable. the bathroom clean and nicely decorated. the entire place was interesting architectually and had character. Location was superb, right off Frenchmens Street. This is a great place to stay!

Me and my doggie enjoyed our stay at Lori's place. I loved the neighborhood and walked it every day. A twenty minute stroll will get you to Oak street where there are plentiful restaurants and coffee shops -- Rue de la Course and Breads on Oak were my regular haunts. Juan's Flying Burrito is a great local spot there too. Great grocery stores are nearby. Everywhere you walk in the neighborhood there are colorful houses of all sizes, lovely gardens and jasmine wafting in the air. If you are lucky you will run into the neighborhood peacock. Of course, I rode the streetcar to the French Quarter. Make sure you ask if you are going the right direction! The place itself is beautifully decorated and the back patio is so cozy. I would love to stay there again.

The place was nice. Exactly as described. It was good to have a little outdoor space in the back away from the road. The busy road in front wasn't too loud. We didn't walk anywhere but there were spots close by if you needed to walk. Beds were comfortable. The shower is a claw foot tub so just be careful getting out of the tall tub if you need assistance. We were happy with our stay and the bonus snack and water provided upon arrival was much needed. Thank you!

Mary’s space was very nice, very clean, and very well described! Everything was so lovely, and the color scheme was amazing! I will definitely be back and I have Highly recommend her place for any visitors coming to New Orleans ❤️

Kenny’s place was perfect! Just as described and great location. Parking was super easy. Also, his local recommendation guide is fantastic! Learned a lot and found some really cool spots I wouldn’t have known of otherwise.

Perfect spot for a bachelor party, we were centrally located, easy to get anywhere and not far from the airport. The host was awesome, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Had a great time in New Orleans, felt safe at the home, and there were a couple grocery stores within walking distance. Would stay again!

This unit was better than advertised. Avery is extremely responsive and kind. She has thought of everything in the beautiful, comfortable property. We appreciated the privacy of having bedrooms on three floors and the plunge pool is great. The unit is very clean and the garage is a wonderful convenience. The Warehouse District location is very walkable with museums, galleries, the Convention Center, bars, and restaurants nearby.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It was so clean and set up beautifully, I loved the exposed brick in our bedroom and the tub............awwwww!! So many places to walk to for drinks, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was GREAT!! I would love to go back sometime, and would absolutely chose David's place over and over again:)

Beautiful home on one of the most beautiful, tree-lined streets of Mid-City! We had a great stay, the home is extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the access to outdoor spaces with the backyard and front porch.

We stayed here for a wedding in City Park and Jazzfest, the location was perfect! Lakeview is a beautiful and safe area, and there was plenty of parking. We were able to walk to get coffee, dinner, a few bars. The house is beautifully decorated and the AC works great (always a concern in NOLA! lol). You could hear walking around upstairs from the other half of the duplex, but it wasn't something that bothered us - we never saw the other guests. Jordan is very responsive and helpful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

I chose this place for a girls trip for Mardi Gras since my friend and I haven’t seen each other and awhile and felt we needed a break. This was our first travel experience together in a long time and I must say it was a great experience at both the house, the neighbors were friendly and helpful with great recommendations for food and places to go. I will definitely stay again and Cutie is an amazing host very responsive and proactive on making sure guest are enjoying themselves

Great place in a perfect location. I was able to walk to the convention center for my conference. Walk to Jackson Square and French Quarter was a little further but totally doable. For those that don’t like getting steps in (we logged about 85K in the week we were there) Uber is only about $8. The place was private, peaceful and so quiet at nice which made for a great night’s sleep! So much right around there… try Magazine Pizza, Sidecar Patio Bar and Taqueria La Lucha taco place… all just a few blocks away! The rooftop patio was nice to relax on at night. Great communication and easy to follow instructions. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place, highly recommend. It checks all the boxes: clean and comfortable house, ample parking, communicative host, great location. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. It was easy to walk or streetcar to wherever we wanted to go, whether downtown or the Quarter or Garden District. We will definitely be repeat guests for our next visit to New Orleans!

I was very pleased with the accommodations!!! We discovered that the home was pretty centrally located. We walked to Whole Foods and a lot of the restaurants we wanted to go to were pretty close to Gary's property! The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and peaceful! There is a scrapyard across the street...but it wasnt too loud and didn't bother us at all. Treme is a very historical neighborhood and we enjoyed everything about it!! I would definitely book here again and refer my friends and family!
