Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Φιλοξένησε την στενή και ευρύτερη οικογένεια μου συνολικά 8 ατόμων και νιωσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και το επίσης πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο σε κάθε δωμάτιο μας εξυπηρέτησε πάρα πολύ! Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και σε άριστη κατάσταση! Το κυριότερο όμως ήταν η θέα από το μπαλκόνι η οποία ήταν ασύγκριτα όμορφη! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το σπίτι του Κωνσταντίνου! Ευχαριστούμε και εις το επανιδείν!

This is an absolutely delightful place to stay and the host is a wonderful person who genuinely cares for her guests. It’s located in a stunning hillside village a short drive from key historical sites. If you’re hiring a car to get to this location don’t hire a big vehicle, the village streets a super tight and some are very steep! 100% recommendation!!

Къщата беше много добре обзаведена и просторна, оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Намира се на много тихо и спокойно място сред природата, но в същото време много близо до таверни, супермаркети и автобусна спирка. На 10мин пеша от прекрасен плаж залив Troulos. Мария е изключително любезен домакин, комуникацията беше перфектна и през цялото време се грижеше добре за престоя ни. Благодарим и бихме се върнали отново! Препоръчваме за пълноценен престой на острова, в близост е и до най-живописните плажове! Подходяща и за семейства с домашни любимци, тъй като има голям двор с красива и поддържана градина и няколко веранди. Благодарим, Мария!

Paris è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Ha sempre risposto velocemente alle nostre domande, dandoci consigli e suggerimenti. Ottimo alloggio.

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

A hidden jewel with two real Super-Hosts! Our hosts met with us at the local church and guided us to the house. - It was a very warm welcome and the four of us felt immediately like at home. The house is designed with love, well furnished with an eye for details and well-equipped. All the essentials were already been taking care of and we missed not a single thing. The charming house and the lovingly created garden are a perfect hideaway. - A garden with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. They have a stylised beetroots with vegetables, herbs and fruits of al kind and multiple toys to spent time with. We really enjoyed our stay and the house, surrounding, and our cordial hosts exceeded our expectations. We definitely will get back!

Great host, apartment and location. Nikoloas it a great host. We have used airbnb several times and he has been the best host we have had. There were toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products, water and wine when we arrived. He cleaned the apartment and brought fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay, as we were staying for 2 weeks. We have been to Skiathos 3 times and his place was our favourite place to stay. We hired a jeep to tour the island. There is parking at the apartment. The views from the apartment are stunning and there is a spacious balcony with good quality furniture. There is a good sized fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, panini grill, oven and hob. If you wish to self cater you will be able to do so. The location is excellent a few minutes from town. The bed was very comfortable. The shutters keep the apartment nice and dark when you wish to sleep. We cannot thank Nikolaos enough for our wonderful stay. We will be back!

Très bel appartement et très bel accueil de l’hôte ( petit panier surprise ). Les 2 terrasses sont superbes, le logement est très propre et très spacieux. Martha donne bien les instructions et réponds vite aux messages. L’appartement est aussi très bien placé, juste en bas il y a une supérette et a quelques minutes à pied ( moins de 3 mins) des restaurants et à 7-8 min du port. Merci pour ce beau séjour

A lovely few night's in Skiathos. Fotis met us early and showed us to the apartment, was very responsive with any questions we had. The place was clean and comfy, a short walk from resturants and the water.

Мястото е на отлична локация - съвсем близо до пристанището. В съседство има много магазини, пакарни, заведения. Мислех, че съм много далече от минералните извори, но реално са на 10 минути пешеходно разстояние. Мястото е чисто и приятно. Искам да благодаря на домакина - имах технически проблем с автомобила и той ми оказа съдействие.

Ο χώρος ήταν τέλειος με φοβερή θέα!!! Η κυρία Μαρία εξυπηρετικότατη!!! Θα ξανά επισκευτούμε σίγουρα!!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι ήταν προσβάσιμο και μέσα στο κέντρο του χωριού.Είχε μέσα παροχές τις οποίες δεν βρίσκεις σε αλλά σπίτια,όπως για παράδειγμα μια λακ για τα μαλλιά,σερβιέτες,πιστολάκι-ακόμη και άλλο εξάρτημα στο πιστολάκι για σγουρά μαλλιά. Το μπαλκονακι εξαιρετικό,καθαρό και ήσυχο.Με πολύ ωραίο φωτισμό το βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γεμάτη ντουλαπα όπως έξτρα σεντόνια,μαξιλάρια,πάπλωμα,πετσέτες και μια κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με είδη μαγειρικης και μια μεγάλη γκάμα από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και το έχω ήδη προτείνει και σε αλλά άτομα!

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

Eleni je mimořádná hostitelka. Působí jako člověk z rodiny. Bydlela jsem v bytě delší dobu a plně jsem jí důvěřovala. Vždy byla na druhém konci mobilu, když jsem něco potřebovala. Velmi speciální hostitelka. Místo je taky úžasné. Eleni děkuji.🙏

Parfait, le logement était impeccable, l’hôte très réactif et de bons conseils pour les restaurants… Le logement est idéalement situé, proche du port et des commerces. Je recommande ! :)

Thoughtfully appointed and beautifully decorated, this little gem was perfect for the three of us. Know that all of Delphi is on the slope and so there are many stairs and some difficulties parking. However, it is not to be missed, as it is a charming town. Vlahos Taverns was outstanding in service and food. The archeolgical site is a walkable distance and was stunning.

Confortable appartement tout en haut de Delphes. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, meilleure que celle des restaurants panoramiques en bas de Delphes ! L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques jours agréables. Les petites attentions et les réserves pour le petit déjeuner sont particulièrement généreuses. Merci pour l'hospitalité ! ;-) L'appartement est au calme dans le village. On peut aller aux sites antiques à pieds en 15 minutes, et le centre n'est qu'à quelques pas par les escaliers. Ca grimpe, mais la vue et le calme valait le coup. Petit parking gratuit caché, au bout de la rue, à gauche. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Mania’s place was exactly as it is shown on the pictures. Amazing location with sea view and 5 mins walking distance from the city centre. It was clean and spacious.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Delphes. Très agréable, propre, bien fourni et parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. L’un des atouts de cet hébergement est sa terrasse avec vue — un vrai plaisir pour les petits-déjeuners. L’emplacement est également idéal : tout se fait à pied, que ce soit pour visiter le site archéologique, faire les courses ou profiter des restaurants et cafés du centre. Nous recommandons cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Delphes dans un cadre confortable et pratique !

Martin und Lisa sind ein sehr liebes, sympathisches Ehepaar. Sehr humorvoll und wenn man Fragen hat, helfen sie gerne weiter. Leider hatten wir nach vier Tagen einen Motorrad Unfall und mussten den Urlaub abbrechen. Martin und Lisa haben uns so toll geholfen, wir alle waren sehr traurig. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es wäre ein so schöner Urlaub geworden, das Apartment liegt wunderschön in der Natur, sehr ruhig, super entspannt und entschleunigend. Für Ruhe suchende eine wirklich sehr angenehme Lokation mit einem tollen Besitzerpaar. Liebe Lisa, lieber Martin, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Ένας χώρος πεντακάθαρος από κάθε άποψη ! Ο Κωνσταντίνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης διαθέσιμος για κάθε απορία και διευκόλυνση ! Ιδανικό για ήσυχες ονειρεμένες διακοπές σε ένα καταπράσινο περιβάλλον κοντά στη θάλασσα !!! Σας αξίζουν πολλά συγχαρητήρια .

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.
