Catherine's Cottage is one of three courtyard cottages with three ensuite bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining/living room, washer/ dryer and underfloor heating. All of the bathrooms have heated towel rails and the bedrooms hairdryers. Sleeps maximum of 6 people. The Aran Islands, Cliffs of Moher, Ashford Castle, Kylemore Abbey, salmon/trout fishing, golf courses and horseback riding are some of many attractions of this region.

Oughterard is Galway's gateway to Connemara. Tappy's cottage is stop number 13 on the Oughterard Heritage Walk, a 2.8km walk which commences at the Owenriff Waterfall.
