Ovaj jedinstveni novoizgrađeni smještaj nalazi se u selu Vrh na otoku Krku, 5 km od starog grada te svih potrebnih sadržaja. Nudi savršenu oazu za odmor i relaksaciju u prostranoj vili opremljenoj svim sadržajima potrebnim za nezaboravan odmor. Vila ima 6 moderno uređenih soba i prima 12 osoba. Iz vile se pruža pogled na Velebit, zelenilo šume, a iz dvije sobe vidi se i more. Prikladna je za boravak tijekom cijele godine s obzirom da ima unutarnji bazen, saunu i "whirlpool".

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

"Figurica" House by the sea with 5 bedrooms

On the northern tip of Pag, in Lun–Tovarnele, lies Holiday House Figurica, right by the lighthouse and sea. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
