Private Studio Apartment; Kitchen; Fully Furnished

This 625 sqft fully furnished studio apartment has its own private entrance and sleeps 2-3 with a queen bed and Murphy bed. Other than outside, there is no contact with other people (hosts, other guests, etc) possible unless the guest allows such. The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? PLEASE do not wait until just before checkin to let us know that!)

Adorable private apt w/ W/D in lovely neighborhood

Enjoy a lovely experience at this centrally-located studio in-law apartment. It boasts a newly renovated kitchen and bath, king bed with brand new mattress, pull out full size sofa, ample closet space and more. The eat-in kitchen has all you need to feel right at home. The apartment is located adjacent to a nice residential house, but is fully private with your own front and back entrances. There are also no stairs, making it easily accessible. It’s located in a wonderful neighbor in Fairfield.

Private room with private enter and bathroom attached dedicated work space and privat parking. On a 1.5 acres property. With fast internet. Located 5 minutes of walking distance from ASML office park, 5 minutes drive from Norwalk corporate park, 9 minutes drive from Wilton Downtown and 15 min drive from Norwalk train station. Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, stores and parks. The owners live in other part of the house. Family owns cats.

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

Rustic Two-Story Townhouse Apartment

Rustic two-story Townhouse Apartment connected to Historic New England home located in downtown New Haven. Although the unit is connected to the main house it has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is connected to the main house through a staircase to the basement and a French door. Please note: We have a family cat named Jazz who likes to roam the whole house.
