House in Costa Dorata villa - Tavolara view

House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Proprietà indipendente e luminosa con doppio ingresso e ampio giardino che si affaccia sul giardino, sono presenti due ampie terrazze , arredate affinchè si possa mangiare all'esterno. Sul retro è presente un ulteriore spazio esterno arredato con piante invasate e fiori, panchina e doccia esterna con acqua calda. E' possibile lasciare liberi gli animali . In salotto e in cucina sono presenti due camini funzionanti e utilizzabili
